Yes Energy Management overcharged me on billing for Water and Electricity. I can't reach anyone to complain to them. They never answer their phone. San Diego California

 Yes Energy Management is fraudulently billing me and other tenants around me for utilities, such as Water and Electricity.   Yes Energy management is not recording the correct numbers that is on the meter boxes at the time they are read.  I have proof. They are inflating the numbers so they can collect more money.  They are crooks and should be stopped.  I will be reporting them to the California Public Utilities Commission.  They owe me at least $20.00 from my water bill. I want a refund.  They owe money to my neighbors also.
