On June 13, 2012, I found them on the internet which stated that unlike other Work from Home business theirs was a successful internet business which helped hundreds of people to work from home putting in a 7 to 10 hr. work week.  I registered with them and was contacted by a man the next day who claimed he had to qualify me as they receive thousands of registrants but not all of them are accepted into their program.  After asking me several questions, he told me their manager would have to interview me and sign me on.  When this guy called me he gave me his fast talking salesman pitch and told me how successful their program has been to date, etc.  He stated the charge was several thousand dollars and varied from person to person.   He told me he did not want a check from me just my credit card. He stated I had a 30 day cancellation period.  He stated since I would be using my credit card the credit card company gives me 90 days to dispute the charge.  I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Once I signed on he told me it would be deemed as an educational program and his secretary would call me for further details.  She called me and sent me a receipt for my money.  I signed the receipt and I was told a coach would be assigned to me to coach me the first class.  I questioned the woman who told me that I would be working on selling on E-bay.  This came as a surprise to me as I was not told it was a business on E-bay I would be coached on.  I hence called the manager who assured me that E-bay was just the first component of the business as there were 19 to 20 different ways of marketing on the internet.  E-bay was the easiest to get my money back in 3 to 4 weeks.   I could call him any time and he would answer my questions.  I told him I was not interested in E-bay but he assured me that this was just a small part of the business and that I had nothing to worry about.

When the coaching session came on the following week  the coach gave me a 30 minute session which was nothing of significance.  He told me to go into E-bay, register and find out what products sell.  I had to do the research on the most popular products.  I did what he told me to but found out that only specialty products get sold on E-bay, the mundane products languish there for days and months.  Buying from direct ship sites and selling on E-bay does not work.   I hence called Jason Powell and told him I did not to continue with their so called education and did not want to waste my time and money nor their time and money.

I sent an email to the coach saying I did not want the second session with him and wanted my money back.  He has emailed me stating I had a 3 day recission period and I could not get my money back.  I do not agree!  I have disputed with my credit card company.

Buyer beware!  These people are committing a big fraud on the unsuspecting public and need to be exposed.
