This company robbed of $880.00!! Matt Lyall claims to be a repair technician for YES WE CAN APPLIANCES in West Islip, NY. I have a problem with my viking dishwasher, my sub-zero refrigerator and my wolf microwave. I called his company and showed up in the same say. Acted like a very nice guy, took my dishwasher apart and said I needed new parts. I agreed to pay him $80.00 for the diagnose fee. He told me about his company's service contract and that for $800.00 per year, it would cover all parts for the dishwasher for the first repair and labor for the other appliances for the entire year. I said I would talk to my husband.

After speaking to my husband, he agreed to do the service contract. Being that I am 34 weeks preganant and desperate to have my appliances fixed, I called them and told them we agreed to the service contract but would pay after everything was fixed. He said they can't order any parts wihtout receiving payment at first. I agreed to pay him the full amount and signed the contract as he told me it would take 2 days to get the parts and he would fix it at the same week. He dissapeared for 5 days, I tried calling and texting and did not hear from him. He then texted saying the parts did come in yet. I waited 3 days and texted him and nothing. He then said the parts were in, made an appt with 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and was a no show everytime, not even a phone call to say he was not coming. After 4 weeks I realized I was being scammed and this guy would not return my money. After several calls and text message he said they would return the service contract money and never did. This guy needs to go to jail.
