Post Oak YMCA Child Care ripoff their negligence caused my son's abduction and consequently him missing for 6 months Houston Texas

in July of 2003. Deborah Joost whos identity was not presented, parentlly abducted my son form the post oak ymca. The daycare facility was not aware of my son's disappearance for over 6 hours. However, because the abductor was a parent an Amber Alert could not be issued and law enforcement could not pursue. Even though she and my son were missing for six months. They were located in January 2004, over 120 miles from his home, but still within the state. Making this form of Parental Alenation Syndrome legal. The daycare's actions although negligent was still considered legal. The pending lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice due to this fact. The ensueing custody battle lasted 18 months and drained the finances of both parents. The final custody order was signed in April 2005, however; the mental and emotional scars remain. The daycare facility as well did not aid in this case and did not even reimburse me or apologize for thier damaging actions. Years later this relationship between this child and family has suffered irreparable damage. Unfortunatley, this happens to hundreds of families monthly in Texas and goes onward silently. Please help stop this illegal act from being legal. Please ensure parental rights and children's rights in the Texas judicial code.
