BIG WARNING - Yohiba.com is a company that is stealing money from on-line shoppers. I placed an order on June 2 after reading their shipping times are 3-5 business days. On day 30 I still have not received my items. They did answer emails, but tell you that they don't have the items to ship that it comes from manufactor. The next emails promise you a shipping date that never happens and then after requesting a refund they tell you it will be weeks for the refund to happen as their accounting department handles refunds.
Their prices lure you into the purchase and then you never recieve the item. I purchased an Iron and Die Cuts for a fabric cutter. AccuQuilt and a Oliso® Smart Iron with iTouch® TG0150 - its never arrived after 30 days.
I've reported them to my credit card company and filed compliants with several fraud sites as well as contacted Pay Pal as that is how I purchased the items. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will steal your money and NEVER deliver your items. Even after the compliant, no one calls or stick to their word. They lie on their site and they STEAL your money.
I'll also be posting a you tube video with a review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

This customer did receive all their money back via chargeback within days of initiating the chargeback. We paid the entire amount plus a $15.00 fee. That said, if we were not in the middle of recovering from several unfortunate events, this customer would have received excellent service like many thousands of our customers have over the past 37+ years we have been in business.
We are obviously a real company and while this customers accusations are grossly incorrect, unfortunately it is understandable in part.
Yes! We fully admit that we had some major issues and deeply apologize for the extended laps in our service. Shipments, customer responses and refunds were definitely delayed significantly. However, rest assured we are a legitimate Veteran owned, family company with over 37 years in business and many thousands of happy, satisfied customers. Now that we are almost back on our feet, customers should expect our service to start improving dramatically. Soon our service should be back to the outstanding levels it had been for over 37+ years.
Things to know, why this happened and why it is better.
1) Our business was devastated by a break-in and vandalism that destroyed our computers and entire back-end systems including back up systems and all back-up files.
a. It took over 1 year for the insurance claim to be fully paid. This was completely unexpected and made recovery much slower than it need to be.
b. Good News!.. All software including the entire customer service system is done being rebuilt and is in the process of being launched.
2) In order to lower costs, recoup quicker and to eventually afford more customer service reps, we decided to move to a much more affordable location. Over the past 37 years we have moved the business 5 or 6 times but all moves were in the bay area. This is the first time we moved over 1100 miles away to an entirely different state. Although we are now done with the physical move we are still not yet fully set up.
a. Unfortunately, the move did contribute to additional lack of customer service.
b. Good News! The physical move from California to New Mexico is now done!
c. The new location in Albuquerque, NM is more centrally located and should allow us to get products from our suppliers quicker.
d. The new location will allow us to save our customers both time and money on shipping.
Finally, now that we are finished with the move and we are almost fully set up, we can start to rebuild our customer service reputation. There is no question that the great customer service reputation we worked so hard to build over the years has taken a substantial blow. We know it will take some time but we will get back to and beyond the outstanding customer service we had not too long ago.
Again, we apologize to all customers that have received less than adequate service. We also wish to thank the many customers that have stood with us through these unfortuante issues we have had to overcome.
