The Yoli company sells weight-loss products and on their website they advertise a 30-day refund if you buy as a PREFERRED customer, but if you sign up as an ASSOCIATE they only refund for only unused, unopened product and they don't make that clear. Ireturned several packages of shake mix and two bottles of capsulesthat had some product in them.

When I first contacted them about returning some product, a guy named "Ozzy" told me they would refund my $148.01 cost. I waited about 10 days and no refund. I called back and spoke to "ozzy" again and he told me I should get my refund in a few days. A week later I called again and at that point I was told they wouldn't refund my $148.01 because The 30-day refund applied ONLY to PREFERRED CUSTOMERS and not to those who Joined as a ASSOCIATE to sell their stuff to others. This is NOT made clear on their website when I first ordered.

I don't know if they intentionally wanted to confuse people. but I think their difent refund policy for customers versus associates, but I believe it's misleading and easily misunderstood.

Until I get a full refund I consider this a RIPOFF of $148.01.

You Should Have Read What You Said You Read

When I enrolled as a Yoli associate I was asked to check a box indicating I had read, and agreed with, Yoli's Member Agreement and Policies & Procedures. Without checking that box your enrollment is not accepted. Within both of those documents Yoli clearly describes their refund policy as it applies to associates (which they call Members). I just checked and that check box is still there.

You checked the box claiming you had read both of these documents when you handn't really read them, right?
