yolo county cps and judge basha linda case judge basha alyssa sikes brenda roberts c. beedee all cps workers in yolo county they took my son and gave to mother who has sexual abuse and wilful child cruelty convictions on her record woodland, California

 well they done it , judge basha along with yolo county cps gave sole   custody to my wife who is in tulsa oklahoma she went there to have another baby ( dont know if its mine) so cps wouldnt take it but she got there with the help of linda case her attorney who bought plane ticket and furnished cell phone and money. Now we fell under the I ndian Child Welfare Act  and the first sentence of that law states. this act is to in place to PREVENT THE BREAKUP OF THE INDIAN FAMILY. now whats wrong here melbas lawyer ( thats my wifes name) split us up instead of trying to keep us together. so now judge basha just this morning gave melba sole custody of my son and also i had weekly phone contact with my son basha even stopped that now i have nothing at all to connect me to my son and i will be going to okla. to see him wether they like it or not i dont know what else to do . even linda caase (wifes lawyer tried to get me arrested and is still doing that contacting tulsa police and west sacramento police to get me put in jail for asome ungodly reason and if they do that is grounds for law suit because under the I.W.C.A. act the parents cannot be placed in custody for any reason. so i ask if thers anybody out there that can help me fill out my federal lawsuit papers? thank you ripoff report for being a place to tell my story.
