york county children and youth agency aubrey spradley closed my case for abuse against my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old step son after they were beat and my stepsons arm nearly broken. They petitioned myappearence york, Pennsylvania

    What happened and i'm still dismayed with it is my husband abused my 3 year old daughter(his step daughter)beat her but black n blue, then my husband and i got into a fight at the time i was pregnant he started beating on me i called the police to tell them and i tried to get the older children his son and my other daughter to school. He grabbed my step son refusing to let him got to school and I thought he broke his arm. my husband went to jail and I left our home.  I filed for a pfa and while i was at the court house children and youth served me with a court petition to "comp;ell co-operation". Ordering me to appear with children and myself at the scheduled time. It also stated that Aubrey had interviewed my daughter at her school and the aligations were "confirmed". I went in person to speak to the worker and voiced my concerns of my husband and how he was.I told her he was fired from hid job as a result of "sexual harrassment" even showed her the paperwork, told them about my and my childrens abuse and currwntly he was just arrested for committimg burglery, recievimg stolen property,defiant tresspass, and thheft by unlawful taking while he had his son wth him. a month later i get a letter saying the case was closed. When I called to say hear you have proof with out a doubt you even said so in your petition to the court theese alligations were confirmedand you close the case just like that?  I said of all the people you harrass on hearsay and heres this if that doesnt constitute abuse i don't know what does. Then she had the balls after she closed my case to tell me she reported me to thecounty in which I live on her concerns she conviently devoloped 3 months later and the taunted me with the fact that she did it. She said because she was a "mandated reporter" she could do this. This agency has it's good workers and its less than desirables but this one clearly gives the agency a bad rep. As far as the other county I'm expecting no problems I told them we could meet at anytime they have any concerns so I havn't heard any thing further. I would like people to know there is a regional office that over sees York, Lancaster, and Dauphin County there phone # is 717-772-7702. They do a great job as far as making sure smaller offices are following propper proceedure. Another thing they do that is ignorant is if your "unavailable" they will lie in there petitions to courts and claim your being uncooperative in order to get the order. This agency is im sure to know ones suprise a joke  and I wish someone could get there proceedures changed. I think they should have to at random give and publisize the results for drug and alchohol screens to make sure they are spotless too don't you readers agree? Also they shouldn't even be able to "investigate" with out evidence of abuse in which case the children are already removed immediatly A group of attorneys should get to gether and form a coalition against children and youth and help those poor folks that other wise wouldn;t stand a chance with out one. They are BULLIES. We all know what happens when people are bullied. What about the poor souls that give up as a result of there "bullying"? I wish someone could file motions against them and exposse them for how curupt they are.
