Leanne the breeder and owner of Yorkie Angels located in Dixon California is a scam artist.
She pulled a bate and switch on me leading me on for over a month that my deposit would get me the first pick of the size and sex of a puppy I desired . I was led on for more than a week that i had two puppies to choose from that were going to be the weight I desired and would be ready in a week to pick one up we scheduled an appt. When i arrived she never told me the two puppies wee not there instead she sent me home believing I had chosen from them but after a few I went through my puppy pack and realized not only was the birth date off by a week she did not include the registration paperwork to transfer the dog into my name through the AKC . When I called and started asking a lot of questions after rereading through my emails with her I realized i just paid over a $1000 for a dog that was not going to be close to the adult size I was told he would be. By now after 4 days myself and family had become attached to the dog as she knew we would her only solution was to bring the puppy back and go on the waiting list or my money back less 30% for her to isolate the puppy for ten days and vet bills before re selling it to a new family . I know longer trusted her to go on a list and have her not pull the same thing again . I felt i should be refunded all if not a portions for her dishonest behavior . I also believe the reason for not providing the registration transfer papers is if people don't know to ask for this and dogs don't get transfered she doesn't pay taxes on those dogs because the IRS cant prove they have been sold. This lady is truly out to make a buck and not take care of the people she is selling dogs to.
