Adopt!.. From shelters or rescue groups! These puppies come from Puppy Mills. For those who do not know what are "puppy mills", just type in those two words in google and look at the IMAGES! Those are the mommies and daddies of these "tea cup puppies" that you buy in stores and pay top dollar for. Puppy mills are starting to get shut down throughout some states in the USA.. Hopefully they ALL get shut down very soon, for the same of the mommies and daddies. Read up on puppy mills.
