Our Company ordered the minimum 50 leads with Yorkus enterprises with a strict criteria and with guaranteed lead replacement. First of all it has now been 3 months and we still haven't recieved all the leads and what lead we did recieve were total BS.
Second, not ONE lead was within the criteria we agreed upon, and not ONE lead could even remember talking with any telemarketer about a mortgage, so much for hot and exclusive.
They will replace your leads, however it will be with a disconnected phone number, or someone trying to refinance their car. So my advice is to ignore the phone calls and emails because this is a total scam. You will not get one legitimate lead.
