I ordered a product from this company over 40 days ago. I elected to pay extra to have the item "RUSH" delivered. I noticed that my credit card was not being charged and e-mailed the company to find out what was wrong.

I received a reply from KIM SMITH whose title was listed as, get this "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REPRESENTATIVE." Here is the text of her e-mail with my personal information removed,

Thank you for your recent purchase of XXXXXXXXX. Please be advised; however, that due to high demand, we are currently sold out of this product. A new shipment of XXXXXXXXXX is expected to arrive shortly, at which time we will ship your order immediately without further delay. Please be assured that your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped to you.

If you have any questions or require additional assistance, please contact the Youcansave.com Client Services Team. You may do so by replying to this email, or by calling us at Toll Free number. We would be pleased to assist you.

Again, we apologize for the delay and inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Well I have not received the product, my credit card has been charged and I notified the company via e-mail that I was moving. I have now placed 5 e-mails to them with no response.

I have tried to call their Toll Free Number and yet I only get a response from a recording stating to e-mail them at their customer support address. I have tried and tried to contact this company to no avail. I have contacted my bank to reverse the charge as fradulent.

I can only hope this takes care of this issue but I doubt that it will. I doubt it. Whatever you do, don't purchase from this company.

Please be informed that the package was shipped ot the old address on 27th Sept 2005 the FedEx tracking number for the package was 035584131013338.

The package was reshipped again to the customers new address on 18th Oct 2005 and the FedEx tracking number for the package was 035584131032827.
