You can save.com ripoff California

I ordered a flat water hose off the Internet from you can save .com on June 8, 2002.

They charged 29.45 to my credit card June9, 2002.
I finally received the water hose around July 27,2002.
There were no return address on the box nor were there any instructions in the box as to what to do if something was wrong with the product.

I had to finally search for my credit card report to see who had charged the money to my account.
You can save.com only had a phone number at the end of the charge.

I tried to call them and all I got was a computer saying go on line with my problem and someone would help me, but they didn't.

I called and there was never a live person on there.
My hose is supposed to be a dream come true, no ugly clumped up water hose, all tangle free at least 50 feet long, all lies.

The water hose is a night mare, not only does it knot up it will twist every inch as you try to roll it up or un-roll it whatever, and It has a hole in it.
I don't know what else to do.

I do know if I do nothing they get away with this, so here I am, can you help?
