I ordered two of the Flat Hose from YouCanSave and they worked great for about 2 weeks,within the 30 warranty from YouCanSave, and then amazingly both hoses split and snagged which goes against all that they are advertised not to do.

I tried for months to contact YouCanSave and was unable to do so and finally in November they contact me back and tell me that the warranty is up and I must contact the manufacture. I do not know the manufacturer and They will not help me locate them.
What a Rip off.
