Youness Missing Money from Wells Fargo safety box Wells Fargo Branch in Cross Roads, Torrance California

Three months ago my wife went to the wells Fargo bank in Torrance Crossroads, to put her passport back in the safety box. As she opened the box she saw the hundred dollar bills which were in an envelope were scattered in the box. She took every thing and went home. When we counted the money, there was four thausand and seven hundred dollars missing. We reported the case to the bank, which they documented, and told that they will watch the camera record and investigate the matter. Also, we reported the case to the Torrance police. From that time until now( More than three months), we did not receive any feedback from any authority in the bank. Even though we went personally to the bank several times and called the assigned associate many times, we always hered the repeating answer every time: " Give us a week so that we contact the authority". There is a camera in the safety room and they can easily check who took the money out of our safety box but they are not willing to provide us with any feedback and want discourage us from following the case.
