This man was sent to my daughter's house, whose already in debt and tried to charge 5,000 FOR A REMORTGAGE!!!

He's called Simon Bews and the company from is Your Mortgage Decisions Limited in Surbiton Surrey. He's an estate agent but this is extotion. Check it out, here are the press stories about him;

This is a scandal that should be stopped. There's loads more on this person and the company on the web.

This company sends round this sex pervert at night and then basically extorts money to clear people's debts?

He was sent to prison for trying to violently rape a young girl AND is being sent round to clear debts, at night.

They also tried to charge my daughter 3,000 for a will, 3,000(three thousand) our will cost 99? When you google this man, he's very well known and all over the internet and when we searched the company, there''s terrible things about what they charge to sort out debts as well. When she told him, she wanted to think about it, he became very abusive and never left her house for ages. She never knew his background at that time and it was only afterwards she came to us becasue she was so upset at giving him the dates of birth and bank details and everything. It was afetr 11 o'clock at night when he finally left; like some dodgy double glazing guy from 30 years ago, she thought he would never go until she gave him her credit card details.

She said she would phone him tomorrow but has never called him back obviously and now she knows his history, it makes her sick she's given all those details and let him in the house.

HE''S ON THE SEX OFFENDERS REGISTER FOR LIFE and has been banned from working with children, my daughter has children as well. How can the police allow a sex offender to sell a mortgage and charge nearly 10,000 to sort out debts and customers have to use his own lawyers to do it. Your not even allowed to use your own solicitors and this is what made me suspicious and started to check it out. I don't even think the police will know about this, how could they I thought there was lots of restrictions when you're on the sex offenders list for life. You shouldn't be in the financial services business anyway.

Obviously the police don't put you on the sex offenders register for life if you're not a danger, do they?

When he comes round, he takes the people''s names and dates of birth and so on. The personal information that we found out about him on the web is horrible, his picture is on there as well and it's definately him. How can vulnerable people in debt already pay these amounts.He says if they don''t pay then the debts will remain but this will give them more debt if he charges 5,000? But they also told her she needed to buy a 'will package' and they would add 3000 onto her mortgage debt. Maybe this is normal these days, but everyone round here thinks this should be made illegal anyway nevermind a sex offender doing it!

These deviants charging extortion and thats what it is, its extortion for people who are already in debt. What about if it was just young people at home, with all the sex abuse stories around?
