This company is proposing a lead generation for many small businesses but specially for the roofing field. I had worked with them as a freelancer programmer to help building their backend system and to maintain some bugs into their web based application.

By the way, they are outsourcing all their technical work outside the US (India, Pakistan, Tunisia...) and basing their system maintenance on hundreds of freelancer around the world which has made their system full of bugs.

My report is devided into two parts:

1. First is dealing with morals and mores that I beleive that are a base of any business.
2. Second is dealing with facts which are supported by proofs

Starting with the first part,

At 25th of August 2015, Glenn Patchen who is the manager of this company asked me for more help and to come in my country and use my office to support his company which had many difficulties specially with clients never satisfied. So I accepted by opened heart to help him and welcame him in my own office and in my own house with a hospitality that he has never seen before as by his own words.

After working on his project for two weeks in my own office for free, he declared to me that he thought that he was hiring me as an employee. And when I said that it could never happen that an employee could be employed in his own property and on his own charge he showed all the villainy of his person and missed respect and good mores with me while being my guest.

More than this, he went to the US council in Tunis to tell him that he was kidnapped by me and in a hostage in my office to force him to be my partner which was science fiction for me.

As for the second part,

As a part of my work with this company, I was responsible of solving some problems and developing some new features in their system. They was managing all those small problems by a tickets system. For each ticket we agree on a price and I solve it and process to the next. they had always a payment delays that were almost OK before they have got some financial issues. I was accepting to work without getting paid just to build a trustful business relationship between us. But after he "fiered" me from his business and moved to an other office, he never thought about paying his old tickets or the work I did for him on the two weeks that he stayed in my property. I sent him an invoice that he refused to pay. And more than this, he was threating me to use the FBI and the terrorism law to shut down my asking of my rights.

I recommand to any client, contrator, programmer, or any one that made any business with this company to take this as a serious report supported by not only facts and proof but also manners and business practices.
