Your Savings Club Scam/ Fraud, Class Action Lawsuit? Internet

I am one of many to be taken by Your Savings Club for what seems like trivial charges. I have seen a charge as recently as August 2008. As my statements only go back 90 days, I cannot verified how many months these charges spanned. I had to cancel my current card and request a new one, as my bank was not able to block transactions in the manner of which this company uses.

I have read close to a hundred of these posts referring to Your Savings Club charging various accounts without providing any services to the plaintiffs. I can only assume there are countless more who have been charged by this company and have just not said anything about it.

Has anyone looked into filing a class action lawsuit against Your Savings Club? I am not a lawyer, so I wouldn't even know where to begin. Anyone out there even know if this is a basis to start a lawsuit against this company?
