A family member submitted personal info to yourtopbrands.com for I don't know what come-on. But, apparently in the fine print somewhere they "authorized" the addition of a serivce fee for some phantom internet voicemail service to our phone bill (Verizon).
I have contacted the muscle company for this scam, Enhanced Billing Services, at (888) 295-3724 and after presenting as "you and I both know this is a scam" to the phone rep she instructed that I could send or fax copies of my phone bill with the charges to have them refunded. We'll see if it works.
