Only thing is the 3 day refund period applies to the Diet Tracker and not the products which, btw in my case, I never received !

When I finally was able to talk to someone (yes the eventually answer the phone), i was told that I had to cancel my INTERNET subscription within 3 day. The confusion stems from the fact that they make you think that you will receive the product and then have 3 days to cancel. And they make d**n sure you never get the product before 3 days anyway.

I canceled the 2nd payment and I have filed a complaint with my credit card. Let's see where that gets me.
