Youth Renew illuminatskn Deceiving charges - rip-off - scammers! ? Internet and state only given California & Nevada

I had a similar complaint related so many already reported re: Renu face and eye cream. I agreed to pay .99 cents for a sample of the face cream and $4.95 for a sample of the eye cream (reasonable enough for a "trial" sample.) However, I looked at my bank statemnt at the end of the month and saw $$89.97 for the face cream and $$85.97 for the eye cream...

Contacted the company from there and the customer service was no so helpful. If I had called within 14 days to cancel then I wouldn't have been charged any more at all...however, as I didn't see or expect any hidden term about additional charges and some time frame...I was now being charged the additional charges. The customer service person stated that there was no one else available for me to speak with and I could not return the containers that the products were in (to get the money returned to my credit card of the over-charges.) But she would remove me from the auto-ship list (which I didn't agree or see anywhere with this "trial" offer.") The irony is because I had called past the 14 day time period (most people look at their bank statments at the end of the month)...I still had to pay with no option of reimbursement.

In the future I will always look up a products reviews prior to purchase and the attorney general can hopefully put an end to such scamming!
