Youthful Sense Young IndeedLuminescence Not just a free trial unauthorized charges on account Internet

 I ordered a free trial for facial anti-aging cream from internet which said you only had to pay for shipping and handling. I am always Leary of ordering online so I made sure to read everything in the ad and thru the process. I was to be charged a total of 17.49 for the products shipping which I placed the order on November 14. I called the number and decided to cancel that very day and was informed they could not send me an email with the cancellation but that I had cancelled and would not have to do anything else. Then on November 27 I noticed my account was charged for two different charges one of $99.01 to youthful Sense and another for $98.71 to young Indeed. Now I called the number listed on the charges and was told I had not cancelled. I told them I did not authorize these charges and I need my money refunded immediately and I had cancelled on November 14 but they would not supply me with a confirmation but I would like one now and I will be notifying my bank of the unauthorized charges. They said that was fine because they already had those charges and they would agree to cancel now and send me a confirmation. I filed a dispute with my bank over these charges and the first was denied just based on this company's word that I had not cancelled. I called the bank and explain this company is non existent and you cannot even find it on t he internet or anyway to contact them. When I tried to call them back asking where my email was I got a very rude person that told me basically they had my money and I filed a dispute that was denied and they would not help me and hung up on me. These charges were never authorized and there was no way to reach this company except for the number I had that was listed in the charges on my account. This company is a rip off and it's a shame this is happening. I had to be issued a new card by my bank and am still fighting this with my bank. Something has to be done about these companies.
