Please do not use this company to advertise your business!  If you create a free ad using yellowpages.com a rep will constantly contact you to "upgrade" your account.  The upgrade is the same thing that you can get for free.  The rep will try to tell you that the upgrade will increase traffic to your business but this is absolutely FALSE!  I've used the advertising for nearly a year and have had 2 phone calls from the ad.  Secondly, the rep with whom I spoke told me that if the ad was not effective, I would just need to call to cancel the subscription and there would be a no hassle release.  This was also FALSE.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM TO ADVERTISE.  It is EXPENSIVE and INEFFECTIVE and they commit FRAUD and MISREPRESENT their services and your ability to cancel the contract.
