YP Marketing Solutions YP Marketing Solutions hard sold me, then did not deliver what was agreed, did not return calls and send me to collections. Classic joke of a company. Be careful. They do not exist to make you money. Nationwide

This is a classic large corporate company that does not know its head from its tail. I contracted with a hard close guy from YP almost a year ago. The guy that sold me into YP advertisement was supposed to meet with me and train me personally with the new YP website etc. He never called back nor returned my calls for several months. I reached out to YP but since they do not know its head from its tail nothing happened until 6 months later when I finally changed Credit card companies so they would stop running my card. They failed to perfom on their end. I believe this is a lack of fullfillment of the contract.  Does it matter? NO. They are sending me to collections. I have talked now to 7 reps at YP none of which followed through to explain to anybody at YP what had happened and how to resolve things. They actual owe me my money back for 6 months or so of payments that I made. Collections now has emailed me several times explaining to pay or else. I am now at the 7 "days to pay" or they are turning it over to the big guys to try and collect. Well, the email does not allow you to respond how ironic. THey also do not provide an email to forward to. They do give a great link to their adverstising website which also does not have an email and even if it did it would not be the collections dept. This is just the adverstising website that collections leared me toward. My current Rep., I have talked to four times. He is super nice (after finiding out my first Rep that never cllaed back was let go or left YP). The new guy seems so nice to help just like the other 6 employees of YP. Problem is, he calls me and had forgotten waht we had talked about in the previous phone conversation. As you can see, I am stuck for the moment with a stupid Giant that wants to eat me. I do not know if YP even knows how bad they treat companies since they are so big. You see, I am a samll business that a large business is trying to bully around. This world is backwards. The small guy is who makes them big. I highly reccomend that if you are a samll business to not work with YP. LEt the big companies that have legal staff on board deal with those rip offs.

I am not saying all YP nor that YP is purposely an idiot of a company , they just act like a duck, smell like a duck but really a large small caring Duck that is more like a Nephilem Giant Duck. Get the Duck out!

HEre is the latest update. I called the executive gal that is now handiling the resolution so they say. I actually called her three times last week, Week of January 20th 2016. I left two voice mails which were not retunred. Then I got a hold of her finally and she said she is buried and she is trying to get to my case. What??? She said she would hadle it quicker than the previous gal that she had all converstaion stopped with. Unbelievable. She still has not called nor reached out at all. THis is truly a more than a drag out disrespectful and evil enerprize at this point. Do not use YP I highly suggest.

Well, YP responded with (and notice) they offered an email with no contact numver or name. Well, I emailed them with my contact info. I got a call from an executive gal that said she would handle this asap. I once again explained the lengthy situation and she said she would get something rectified. I told her that antoher gal had treid to call and offered to wipe out the last three months of NO service. To ce clear, since Decemer of 2014 when I signed the contract, nothing had been done to this point to build our site and adverstise. I did it all myself with no support and also remember my rep dissapeared and never got my site gooing. YP has not fulliflled the contract nor ever started it but all the while they billed me for 9 months straight without responding to my emails and phone calls. where are we at right now? Not sure can you believe it? The executive gal said to not talk to anybody else and only her. Well, another girl called and offered a settlement and I told her "the executive gal said not to talk to you". she said ok and hung up. I have not received a call even after me leaving now three voicemails to the executive gal. Nothing. To be clear again. Here we stand 1 year and a month after contract date and still nothing is being done and no communication for 9 days. I do not know what else to do but wait. I want this to be over and YP is failing big time. They owe me a refund for 9 months of payments and to wipe away the last three months that I cancelled my card on that they are trying to collect. This is beyond incompetant. Thank you.

I will update how things went, however for now its important to note the following; Since I have discussed this in length with now 8 YP agents/Reps, this will be the 9th if they respond to my up and coming email. I will also call them and spend my Monday morning talking to them and trying to get somewhere AGAIN. Please note, I am a small business owner and have spent so many hours with YP that at this point if feels like harrassement. They keep billing me with threatening collections and some new YP perosn that does not know anything about our account will call and try and help but does not help. There hands are tied to only collect money and waste other peopls time. Its really not fair. I will update soon. Thank you
