Generel Manager), Jimmy in Billing dept. & McCarthy, Burgess and Wolff ( Renee Future) My name is Yali Genereux and my company name is: State 2 State auto transport. Jeffrey Lewis contacted my husband to sell him advertising with YP yellow pages and assured him and told him we were getting certain type of advertising with them and a certain placement and banner for their website. After my husband signed the contract for 6 mos. everything went to hell from there. I have been lied to, mislead and mistreated by all these people from the YP.com, Yellow Pages dept. and want to make sure no one else speaks to them and signs any contract with them for advertising because you will not receive the services they state you will get for the money they charge you. My name is Yali Genereux and my company name is:  State 2 State auto transport.  Jeffrey Lewis contacted my husband to sell him advertising with YP yellow pages and assured him and told him we were getting certain type of advertising with them and a certain placement and banner for their website.  After my husband signed the contract for 6 mos. everything went to hell from there.  Nothing the salesperson said we were getting was happening, from calls on services we dont provide , to a disconnected number for our company on their site, to not the placement or banner he said we were getting.  Could not even reach the salesperson to discuss why things were not being done.  After a few weeks of getting the run around from Jeffrey Lewis and not getting the type of advertising we were supposed to get, my husband and I told him over phone and via email, we wanted to cancel advertising with them. We no longer felt comfortable with him and the lies and misleading information he had provided us.  He stated to send a certified letter to cancel the account which we did.  We later find out our account is still active and open even after he received our certified letter to cancel. I had to call the billing dept. and spoke to Jimmy and he cancelled account for us and advised me we were no longer going to be charged and the account was closed and our credit would not be affected.  A month later we start getting calls from Collections agency in YP that our account was still open and active.  Aparently, once Jimmy in the billing dept.  sent the cancellation to the sales dept, they opened it up again and continued to charge us the monthly fee. Thank god we had closed out our credit card once we first cancelled in June and disputed the first charge or else they would have continued to charge us every month.  We spoke to every manager, general manger, sales person, collections dept.  customer care dept. at YP and all we kept hearing is that our account is still open and there was nothing they can do.  I kept stating the same thing that I was not going to pay for anything and that i had cancelled this account and want nothing to do with them with any advertising or services.  We have been back and forth since June 2013 till now Jan. 2014 with this company.  We have had calls from every dept. and I even made a report with the Federal Trade Commissions on this dept. in Pennsylvania. I am now getting calls from a lady named Renee Future from an office she claims to be a lawyers office working on YP behalf to collect the money owed to them.  If you look them up, they are part of YP and are a collections office.  I have been lied to, mislead and mistreated by all these people from the YP.com, Yellow Pages dept.  and want to make sure no one else speaks to them and signs any contract with them for advertising because you will not receive the services they state you will get for the money they charge you.  They are a rip off and they will continue to harrass you till they get money frmo  you even after you cancel with them for all the lies and misleading info. they give you.
