Ytel Hid the fact their service is illegal Internet

I was never informed that your service was illegal by your company the only reason I found out is because I was informed about it by someone else. Also I have been on the phone with your reps and managers a number of times and that has never been brought up.

The reason I had a problem with your agents and yourself is that I asked that you remove my CREDIT CARD information from your system and you were unable to provide me with anything saying that had been done, not even an email.

Also I never signed anything telling me about your service being ILLEGAL and if you are saying that you slipped the part about your service been illegal in during the payment process, then you are right I signed it without every being DIRECTLY informed up front by your company that your system is ILLEGAL and if I don't use it the right way I could be fine $10,000 per offense. You hid the truth to make money just ACCEPT it.

Also I just went on your site to see if the  and legal information is there just to see if you were right, on the Voice Broadcasting page there is nothing informing the public that is maybe ILLEGAL and when I looked around on your site and found your legal section there is a document for Voice Broadcasting but I have never seen this document until today and I sure didn't sign it, so if you were supposed to have me sign this to insure that I knew this service was illegal and you didnt, I am not only going to post it here but now I am going to call the FTC and if that is the case I am going to SUE YOU for putting me in danger of breaking the LAW.

Also as far a the discount to anyone who wants to use Voice Broadcasting or Predictive Dialers with a good company you should go to www.ownpages.com they provide the same service, better customer service and guess what for a fraction of the price. You can get 10,000 Voice Broadcasting messages sent out for $20 where are with YTEL it will cost you $100+ or you can use their predictive dialer that is 50 cents an hour for one user or 5 cents an hour for multiple users when YTEL is $139 if you get a discount $165 regular price.

First, I am sorry that you are not happy with our service. Your issue was not more amicably resolved on your telephone call (April 18th, 2012) because you berated our employees, threatened to spread about slanderous remarks on-line, and were not able to give us a clear reason on why you were upset, other than yelling at us because we dont sell a product you wanted.

Second, to suggest that our service is illegal is blatantly false, and you know it.  Our records indicate that we have multiple signed agreements from you.  In those agreements, YOU agreed to use the systems for LAWFUL purposes and agreed to be in full compliance with FTC, FCC, and DNC laws.
