I am also a scammed investor in the Yucatan Resorts, Michael Kelly, Galaxy Properties Management debacle. I have been silent and frustrated with this IRA "investment" since 2001 and would like to now aggressively join with any individual or group pursuing justice and restitution in the matter. How and who do I contact? I reside in South Carolina and am doing research on it here and plan to pursue it on my own if I cannot get with an already organized group. Please let me hear from anyone who may be able to help. My total investment was in excess of $50,000.00 and I sure could use restitution. Since the Avalon Grand has been refurbished after the hurricane, it would seem that there are valuable assets to get control of and could be managed by competent individuals.
