I got hair from yummy hair extensions based off all the good reviews i had seen on youtube. my biggest regret now is not reading the comments of most of those youtube videos, checking twitter, googling them and looking at their instagram comments before they delete them(i always catch them smh) because thats where you will see the truth about their vigin yummy hair scam. i am almost 100% sure they send a few people good hair and the rest of us bad hair.

when i received their hair, it was not true to length at all, about 5 inches short with a very terrible smell but the hair felt soft so i was fine. truth is, its only after some days before you can figure out terrible from good human hair. they alll look good at first obviously. after installing their hair, 4 days later, this hair is tangly, dry and extremely messy. when its wet, it looks good but once it turns dry its a different story. feels and looks like cheap synthetic mixed hair. i have experience taking care of curly hair and i used only products they recommended so the problem was definitely not from my end. i emailed them and they actually replied which was nice.

i sent pictures and the customer rep who replied admitted the hair looked dry and tangly. after some back and forth, they asked me to send the hair to them. they gave me a PO box address, i sent the hair to them as soon as i got back to the country. i gave them the tracking number once the hair became available for pick up and 6 days later, they picked it up. now its been 4 days since it was picked up yet i have not received a response from them as they said they will let me know when they received it.

i am a very patient and understanding person until it involves being cheated out money. i cant take that. i paid more than 600 dollars and it means alot to me. i asked for a certificate of authenticity because they told me in their email that their hair is virgin but they completely ignored me. This will be the second time a virgin hair company is scamming me and the first time it happened (last year), i fought and got every penny back. what yummy hair extensions is doing is false advertising and scam. and i will definitely get all my money back if they choose to not show me proof of their virgin hair and ignore me.

i really hope i can help someone out there. do more research beyond those youtube reviews and you will see the truth. pay with a credit card incase you will need to file a dispute and if they already scammed you, make sure you fight and get your money back even if it means taking it to court. lets put an end to these so called virgin unprocessed hair companies scamming innocent buyers off their money. im about to file a dispute and im ready for court if need be.

i hate scammers and liars. be warned please. dont make the same mistakes i made! youre better off buying cheap hair that you know is synthetic mixed or hair from a seller who will show you certificate of authenticity to prove the ORIGIN of the virgin hair. instead of yummy extensions selling you false hopes and dreams. its really so painful when you have to be at the receiving end of getting bad hair after paying so much. lol.

Just got an email saying they will resend me new hair. Their customer service seems very nice and I appreciate that. Not sure why they ignored me for so long before now but they finally replied.
