I found Yuppy Puppy Boutique online and placed an order on June 8th 2015, I ordered 2 puppy collars and the total with shipping was $48.85. I paid through Paypal and they accepted payment.

After 3 weeks I called to inquire about my order status. I got no answer and the recording states that the voicemail is full and I could not leave a message. I tried several times during their business hours over the next couple days. I also emailed them to check the status. I got no reply, no communication at all.

After giving them plenty of time to let me know something, I filed a complaint through Paypal, and they did not respond to that either, so I have escalated it to a dispute. To this day July 13th 2015, I have not received any type of response from Yuppy Puppy Boutique. 

Do not order from this place. Not only are their prices on the high side, they wont send your order and won't even acknowledge your inquiries at all. Buyer Beware!!!

You can't excuse what happened. If there was no product to sell or if the business was not running at the time, the website should have been taken down or at least have a warning that you would take our money and expect us to know that we would get nothing.

I waited 3 wks before I attempted to make contact and I never got any type of reply. I could not reach anyone by phone. Even when Paypal did their investigation, they could not get any type of response whatsoever, that is why they decided in my favor and refunded my money. 

If you are now running this business, you're reply that is full of excuses but not a trace of an apology shows your attitude toward customers. You want to try to make me look dumb or impatient, which was not the case. This business is apparently in the hands of another crook.

I stand behind everything I said and I would warn others not to give this rude person your money. He doesn't seem to think I should have been treated like a customer and I still say Buyer Beware!!!

 When the customer ordered the company was just transferred to me from original owner and the website hadn't been updated in five years. The items the customer ordered were hand made and as it clearly states on the website it takes 3-4 week before the product can be shipped out. I also notated that on PayPal in the disput and refunded the monies to the customer. I did respond to several emails.
