Mr JOE Sevitski (AKA Siuicki) conned me, and others, out of millions of dollars in a PONZI scheme for which, I understand, he served time.

"Joe" has since continued his investment scam business by moving from Oil and Gas into the 3D technology sector through his involvement with Kurner, PLLX3 and Visual Impressions. His current strategy is no different from the $50,000 he got from me: attach himself to an apparently great investment opportunity, bilk some money out of you and then approach your friends.
His accomplices in his current endeavors include Mr. Kevin Duncan, of Duncan Oil (another Oil and Gas scam for "Joe"?) and Mr. Mark Anderson of PLLX3.
You are warned to avoid any investment opportunities involving "Joe" and his cast of con artists because no matter how sweet the story sounds, it is a lie.

This makes me question researching the web for such information that perhaps do nothing more than spread rumors. I also traced down other investors who had the same opinion and experience as mine. I learned as well to pay close attention to the word allegedly which we all seem to overlook sometimes and can cause a-lot of harm where it isn't deserved.
