I am very disappointed in how this company has changed. I started ordering products from YR way back in the 1970's. On and off through the years as well. If an order ever was screwed up they would let you know promptly and customer service was great.
Yet today after 40 years or so of usually good experiences I am told the free products in the hyped up "come on" mailer are not available. Nothing on a my small order was available. It took them a month to tell me this. Then when I called customer service told me it would take 4 weeks to process a refund! So my money now complicated by them for 2 months. They got my money and I get nothing.The Customer Service guy hung up on me twice! I still don't know if the refund is processed and have to wonder why this is all so slow?Four weeks to process a refund in this electronic age when most transactions are processed in 3-5 days!
It used to be if something went wrong they would still ship you something with an explanation, an upgraded product substitute and customer service was never rude like that man today. Seriously! Hung up on twice! When I requested a supervisor he said none would ever get on the phone with a customer! I asked for a supervisor email and all he gave me was a general email I had already written to and was not satisfied with the reply. Wow! I am so disappointed! No products, no refund and treated rudely!
I guess there are other botanical beauty companies here in the USA now I will have to find them. Very sad about this because even if I did not order all that often due to slowness in receiving products, I used to enjoy those beauty parcels a great deal when they finally would arrive. Now I guess my beauty parcels can come from American companies and won't take so long. Thanks for the nice memories but I guess I can shop elsewhere easily.
Yves Rocher's advertised mailers are a scam to get your money and not deliver any products! It's all hype and they really don't care if you are satisfied or not!
