Z TEL COMMUNICATION IS A RIP-OFF

I am writing this letter to dispute the above charges relating to the above-mentioned account. Without prejuice, I am willing to place the disputed amount in an escrow account with my attorney or your attorney pening your outcome investigation and resolution of this matter.

A representative of Z-tel Communication solicited me over the telephone. During the course of our conversation it became apparent that Z-tel cannot provide me with the kind of service that I require and I declined their offer of service.Verizon has been my local and long distance telephone service provier from June 2000 till present.Attached are copies of my Verizon bills covering the perio Z-tel Communication claim that they provided me the the same service. By this letter, I authorized Verizon to disclose pertinent information with respect to this dispute. On each bill I received,I called Z-tel Communication to disclaim the charges and each time I was informed that the charges were errorneously sent. At some point, I rceived a letter from Accent Service ( a collection agent) concerning this issue.I did call the collection agent to dispute the charges and the agent representative promised to investigate the matter.

I got to know about this problem when my loan application was denied. It is essential to let you all know that this is an issue of unethical credit an business practice by Z-tel Communication.
