Z57.com I have been with company for 10- years nice web site...just dont ask them to do anything for you, very disorganized, just want to take your money. They took my upgrade money and have not performed as promised. San Diego California

I have been with Z-57.com for many years, nice web sites, problem is when you pay them to upgrade something they take your money and don't perform.  They posted my new web site about 3 weeks ago ( it was an upgrade) and they posted with links that do not work.  I have tried for 3 weeks to get it corrected and have spent about 2 hours on the phone hearing your request has been escalated it will take 7 -10 business days to correct!  I cant even get a manager to call me back.  Alamode who I have another site with is much better at customer service.

Any recomendendations for a web site provider?  I am looking to make a change because the customer service is terrible and extremely slow.
