Zachary Bowers SONS Properties Essex Iowa

 Zachary Jenna Bowers are tenants in my home. They have been consistently late every month with their payments and provide every excuse one could imagine. I receive reports from both the city and community about the way they live. Reports indicate that they have jumped ship and left no forwarding address. There are other reports on this site reference to Zachary and Jenna so further research will provide additional negative review. Currently he owes me $1400.00 in back debt and $650.00 for current month. I put trust into a young couple who I felt needed chance. I now have a negative accounts receivable and property damage to a newly remodeled home. Advice strongly against doing business of any kind with this man or his wife.
