Zachary E Bush Zack Bush Zachary Bush Destroyed My Rental Property. South Lebanon Ohio

Zach Bush rented my home on a 1 year lease. He abandoned the lease 3 months early forfeiting his deposit and after inspecting the home I now a a full idea as to why. Mr. Bush broke the refrigerator and instead of having it properly fixed he used a can of tobacco to prop it up. Since the unit was now not level it caused the fridge to leak on the floor and rotted a very large section of the floor through the sub-flooring. 

After the sub-floor was replaced I had to replace the entire kitchen floor since there was no way to match it. This repair alone was over $1,000.00. 

Mr. Bush never changed the air filter in the furnace. The filter was 100% blocked and caused the circuit board to overheat and burn out. This cost $470.00 to repair. 

Mr. Bush never edged the sidewalk or driveway which was done before he moved in. The walk was so grown over that a spade shovel had to be used for hours to clear it. 

Mr. Bush allowed a child to write all over the walls with a marker resulting in me having to re-paint what had just been painted before he moved in. 

Mr. Bush apparently did not know how to use a shower curtain and was showering with the curtain hanging outside the tub. This resulted in water running down the side of the tub and into the floor. The water found it's way into a crack and rotted the bathroom floor. The floor was so mushy that the toilet sank into the floor. I am $3,000.00 into the repairs on the bathroom at this point. 

Do not rent to Zachary E Bush he is incompetent and irresponsible.
