Zachary Rosado / GovHudAgents.com Scammed me out of money for a bogus company, Internet

Zachary Rosado called me in June and told me all about his company and how they help agents get more listings and the programs that they do to help the homeowners and the listing agents with the cash for keys program.  It will only cost $99 for the area that I would sign up with and I would start getting BPO assignments right away. He in turn sent me the docs that I would be using from the companies that he claims to work with such as Pheonix Asset Managment, LLC and Chase. 

I have been emailing him to find out what is next and when to expect these assignments from the lenders.  I have not received any further emails once he received my money nor any return phone calls which I call all hours during the day.  I finally called Phoenix Asset Management, LLC and they said that they have been receiving several similar calls and that Zach some how got a copy of their docs that they use and sends them out.  They meaning Pheonix has never worked with GovHudAgents and that they as well have filed a complaint against them for using their name.
