Zack Jabro or Randy Zabro Home Savings and Loan sleeze, rip off artist, lame, misleading, tyrants West Bloomfield, Michigan

I worked for Zack Jabro and Randy Jabro for a short period.  They were very misleading and unprofessional.  Randy noted that he had just fired eight people before I started.  The second day on the job he ran around the office informing everyone that they had to work until midnight or all their clients and active files would be taken and they would be fired.  I had taken several applications that he had neglected to work on - and informed me casually they were not real applications because he had not gotten to them.  Then he proceeded to go off because one box on a form of about fifty boxes was not completed.  Randy noted and continued to promote that I could be paid quickly -- then after I presented my fourth deal -- his rhetoric changed -- and it would take months to get paid -- then Zack appeared with his runway speech -- something about world peace and being able to wait months to get paid -- Zack was sporting this very pointy -- extremely slicked - coifed hair thing -- that was extremely  distracting. During and after the interview -- Randy continued to spout how they were a federal bank -- however, there were about six different bank names on documents and there seemed to be a great deal of ambiguity about the whole setting.  Reading ripoff was the last straw -- I would be very leary of working or dealing with Zack or Randy Jabro or Home Saving of West Bloomfield.
