when notified that he was being given negative feed back he made it look like it was MY fault

Christopher Orlando sold cute little pill boxes on Ebay. I purchased Item #1783810891. I sent him a Thank You notice and referred to how happy I would be once it was received. I then waited a few weeks and decided to ask him why it hasn't been shipped to me yet. No reponse.

Said item was purchased Early November. I waited until Dec 5th to give him his negative feedback. I was being NICE and waited this long giving him a benefit of a doubt. I went back to Ebay to find out more information on him and he was no longer registered!

He immediately responded to my negative feedback email with a negative attitude. The following emails are actual emails that were sent in correspondence to me and so fourth. I has refused to give me refund and I want seriously to take action against him for treating me disrespectfully.

I appreciate your letting me know ahead of time that
you plan on giving me negative feedback. This is the
first time I have heard from you regarding this
transaction, and for your information, this is not how
things go on eBay. You contact the seller first, then
try to work out the problem. If there is no solution,
then AND ONLY THEN do you leave negative feedback.

This is not high school, this is not a popularity
contest. This is business and this is how business is
conducted. I have cancelled your PayPal request for a
refund because I will not refund your money until I am
certain the item has not already been shipped,
recieved and you are trying to rip ME off.

Attached is the first email that I sent to you that you never responded to. Then I went back to Ebay to check on your status and you are no longer registered. This is a confirmation that I did send you a WARNING before and you never responded.

This is NOT how you run a business. I don't care how long you have been doing it. It shouldn't matter how much the purchase was either. You either owe me a refund or the product that I ordered.

I am still waiting. I have dealt with sellers like you before. If you don't come through I will take action. It is my right to receive goods purchased or receive a refund for items not received.
