Zanu anti-aging cream/ REJUVENEM instant lifting eye serum RIP OFF CREAM, STINK AND DOES NOT WORK. 204 37th ave n, suite 431 st pete fl 33704 Florida

I ordered this anti-aging serum and skin cream after seeing the video of how well it worked from on online  video reporting that the two women had been on the show The Shark Tank and that all four sharks bought into their company.  My fault for not checking into things further.

I do not recommend this product as it does not work as they claim, it stinks and it is too expensive. Plus, they automatically decucted from my checking account further money after the "trial".  $79.95 for the anti-serum and $89.95 for the Zanu skin cream.  They stated that I had agreed to this in the "terms" when I ordered.  When I asked for the web site and how to see the document where I had agreed to this, they said, "Sorry we cannot help you."  And promptly hung up on me. 

Well, I promptly called back, this being the 3rd time, and spoke with Christina who again went through all the "agreement terms," and told me I had to agree to the terms "or the order wouldn't go through.  Well Hello!  I then asked again for a copy of any agreement I had signed or the site to go to so I could see any agreement I had signed.  They gave me a very long website address....simplybeautifulskin.info/dt2/?did444, so that I could see the terms.....but not my actual order and agreement.

I told this young lady that I would be contacting my bank to have these charges refuted and she said she would check to see if she could get authorization for a partial refund.  She came back and told me that I could get 30% back, I said no that it was certainly going to cost them more if they did not return my money with all the reports I would be filing with ripoff report and the BBB.  She then asked me to hold and she would see if she  could get me a larger refund.

She came back and offered 50% refund. I did not agree and again reiterated that the reports would  be filed and that Facebook is a great medium for getting information out to the public.  She then asked me to hold and stated she would check to see if she could get more. (Checked with supervisor???? after I asked to speak with supervisor earlier and she stated that no supervisor was on site???)

Guess what>>>>> she came back and told me I would be getting a 100% refund and that it could take up to 30 days depending on my bank!  Well hello......lesson learned!
