Zapconnect.com Zapconnect Won't update your info even after you pay them! Santa Ana California

If you search my company name Orchid Dental Studio you will see Zapconnect first on the list with google. My problem is the address they have on file is incorrect. So I asked them to change it. Nothing.. So I paid them for an account and updated the info. Still nothing.. So I called the Admin/owner Bud Warrick. He tells me there is no way he can control when google updates the info to their servers and to just wait.. Okay, so I have waited almost a year now. When I searched his info on whois.com they report his database hasn't been updated since 10-Dec-2008 !

So he never even updates the database! And its just a big extortion scam on businesses! I wonder how many out there have had the same problem with Mr. Bud. If you have had this same problem please contact me so we can start a class action suit.
