Zaptech Solutions Took my money and promised to have the files transferred over within 24 hours. It's now been 3 days. Not returning e-mails, phone calls or skype messages. Gujarat, Internet

I hired them to finish some work that another developer couldn't finish. I paid the deposit that was requested. They said that it was going to take 3 days. It actually took them 5 days. They said before the files would be transferred to my server that I had to pay the remaining balance, which I did.

Once the balance was paid, the told me that it would be 24 hours before they could transfer the files and I said ok and I haven't heard from them since. I've called multiple times, left several e-mails, skype messages and they never return anything.

Lucky for me, I paid with PayPal and have filed disputes and they are helping me get my money back and I have an appointment with my lawyer to draw up the papers for a formal lawsuit.

I would STRONGLY suggest that you don't hire these people for ANYTHING. They are a bunch of thieves and will not provide you with the quality of work they "claim" they have done and will do. All the want is your MONEY and that's it. Please do fall into the same trap I did. I can also provide you with ALL of the e-mail messages, skype messages and recorded phone calls if anyone wants proof.

Again DON'T hire these people unless you like to flush money down the toilet.
