I ordered several items from Zara.com on 11/30/2014. They short shipped one item! I phoned and emailed them repeatedly to get resolution and was ignored until I threatened in my final email that I would report them to the FTC and the DA. Today, 12/20/2014, I got an email advising me that they had contacted their warehouse and their warehouse thought that they were blameless! Unbelievable!!! This was the same warehouse that screwed up in the first place! These people are either total fraudsters or they are just simply clueless to the fact that one cannot solve the problem at the same level of consciousness that created the problem to begin with! Their warehouse screwed up. They asked the warehouse if it screwed up. Offcourse the warehouse would deny any wrong doing! What kind of a joke is this? The only valid explanation is that Zara are just simply a bunch of crooks!!!! Do not buy from them!!!! They have an F rating by the way on BBB
