Product was advertised as Joanna Gaines Skin care line, offered a sample of product just pay shipping, when you ordered they forced you to buy another product, product was received and was billed as stated, around one month later we received another bottle of product they made me buy on fisrt order, included a packing slip that stated i ordered product, tried to contact customer service that was on card they sent, no matter what time you called it always stated it was afterhours and to call back during regular hours, same message when you call during "regular" busines hours, contacted credit card company to dispute any charges, found they had charged my card for 2 other products 2 weeks earlier in month, credit card company called number they had and conferenced me in, was told i didn't read fine print and that they don't send out samples only product and that the deal was I had 14 days from ordering to cancel product, it didn't arrive until 10 days after i ordered. Said i didn't read fine print and this was a subscription and I was being charge around $95.00 per product so I was charged almost $300.00. they agreed to reduce the charges by 75% and cancel subcription, be aware of this scam, Joeannn Gaines has nothing to do with this product. Google Joann Gaines Skin care and see all the scams, the only reason i bought this product was to surprise my wife as she loves Joann Gaines.
