After paying to have my personal information removed (said it would be removed within 24 hrs) a week later it still has not been removed! They do not answer their phones, they do not respond to emails. They will not refund my money. They have private & personal information and scam you. They make you pay, they refuse to provide the services after you've paid. This company is a scam. Terrible terrible ethical practice by this so-called legit company.

Payments are made through PayPal. If there is an issue all you have to do is contact PayPal. They would contact us and put a hold on the payment until the issue is resolved.

We have managed 1000s of payments through paypal, and this wouldnt be possible if PayPal kept getting complaints about us not following through on the services that were purchased.

In fact, this year so far, we have ZERO chargebacks. We have refunded payments to 6 individuals, mostly because we could not provide any service to them.
