I was looking to breed my Rottweiler, a top import that is son to the 2010 World Champion Astor Von Junipera. Axel is a very expensive top imported dog.

I have been working and breeding rotts for over 35 years, only the best dogs from Europe.

I contacted Andreas Muller of ZBB K9 TEAM LLC. He wanted to see his AKC papers for Axel’s blood lines. He asked for copy of his AKC certificate.

He claimed he had a female ready for breeding.  I took Axel on Friday March 13th 2015 to his kennel in Tucson, Andreas wasn't there.

I meant with a worker, she brought out the female into an open yard. Axel immediately tried to mount her.

The worker than wanted to put the dogs in a small kennel with a very wet floor.

I asked her to tell Andreas to let them breed in an open area; I told her they could get hurt breeding in the small area with the floor being wet.

I went back the next day to see my boy. Andreas was there, we spoke for about a 1 hour, we agreed on terms. PICK of the littler, instead of stud fee.

While talking about dogs, I told him I wasn't in it for the money that I was about the breed and the lines. He then said he was in it for the money!

 I should've have known what I was dealing with after his comment.

He told me he had one other female to breed to Axel in a couple of weeks. He asked me come back and pick Axel up on Tuesday.

I went back to pick him up on Monday, never feeling good about leaving Axel in the kennel of thin under feed dogs getting ZERO attention.

As we spoke in the lobby, he told me he had a serious talk with Axel that day and that he squirted Axel with the hose. This was a strange comment.

 We went back to get Axel out of the kennel, he asked me to leave him one more day. I said sorry, not going to do it.

 When we got up to gate, I saw Axel in distress with an eye injury and dent on top of his muzzle by his nose. I asked what happened; Andreas acted like he had no idea. He played dumb which I knew he had done something to my dog. Guilt was all over his face. I thought the female might of attacked Axel, but she was very sweet and wasn’t the type to attack, plus no skin was broken, it was more like Axel was abused.

I wasn't very happy, but I had agreed to let him take pictures for upcoming littler prior to this happening, so we went to a park near his Tucson kennel and took the pictures.

I had to take Axel to the vet the next morning, they gave me some antibiotic cream, said to bring him back in 2 days, we went back two days later, the vet said the eye wasn't better and recommended I take him to a specialist, that he thought Axel had been through some serious trauma.

 After taking him to the other vet, I found out he had a scratch on his eye and a cracked tooth.

I gave Andreas the benefit of the doubt. I tried contacting him many times over three day span, he NEVER responded.

 I got a message from Andreas wanting to work out details, which was very strange being we had already worked out all the details. The message had a very nervous tone.

 I was then contacted by a man named Alex who had contact Andreas about breeding his dog to AXEL. Turns out, Andreas was advertising my dog on the net for breeding without my knowledge.

Alex told me Andreas tried to sell him SPERM from AXEL for a cheap price of $250. (Normal is $1500 for a dog like Axel)

I NEVER authorized Andreas to take ANY sperm from Axel, HE STOLE IT!

When Alex told Andreas he was coming to pick up the sperm, Andreas than changed his mind and said let me get a hold of the owner of Axel,

Alex said Andreas got very nervous. Alex said he was in shock because Andreas had said Axel was his dog.

After speaking to Alex, it all makes sense how Axel was injured, he was abused by Andreas trying to get his sperm to sell, plus to breed with his other female so he would have to pay me a stud fee on the second litter.

I contacted Andreas and told him he had 24 hrs. To take Axel off his web site. I told him I knew what he had done and that he had hurt Axel, he was very nervous. I told him he had one week to get me the stud fee of $1500 instead of the puppy, also that I would never deal with him again. I told him he was lucky he didn’t sell Axel's sperm to Alex, or I would have filed a police report for theft. He has not and will not pay me, but continues to try to take deposit money on the little of Axel's puppies. I have contacted the AKC about the littler and have had Axel flagged.

I gave Andreas the option of paying the stud fee and that I would be done with him.

But he never responded.

Andreas may be a good trainer, but he cares nothing about the dogs, he is only about the money, he is a money hungry breeder and a thief.
