I ordered a t-shirt from this company and it arrived with such bad screenprinting that you can't even read the words. When I attempted to get a full refund (including taxes and shipping) they refused to do it, continuing to say company policy is that they do not give refunds except for defective merchandise. I even sent them a picture and still they refuse to refund me that money I paid them. Do not purchase from this company. Lousy products, lousy customer service.
