Zbiddy.com. online auction failure to deliver internet

 I signed up at this bidding site and started doing some bidding, over a period of 1 and 1/2 months. I won over 14 auctions and have never received one item. All items were paid for with my master card.  I called their customer service number two times and was told that the problem would be taken care of in 3-5 business days. But I still have not received anything. I sent many messages to their customer support email and received no response.
