*General Comment: Zbiddy is not a scam
This company charges $99.00 initially, without giving options for lower "bid package" amounts. They then tell you that you qualify for 250 "free" bids, but never give them. My chosen password didn't work, so I clicked "forgot password" and a pop up message said that password was sent to my email. It never came. This company is a complete scam. Also, "auctions" don't really end when they are supposed to. They keep adding time. This is a complete scam. Don't ever sign up with them.

Zbiddy is not a scam

Myself too purchased bid packages on Zbiddy and they always provide the amount before you make a purchase. Anyone can verify my statement! Regarding your time/clock issue, it is standard across all the penny auction site that couple of seconds are added when someone place a bid. This is to give a chance to the another bidders.
