Zedo, Inc Unethical and Fraud/Theft San Francisco, California

I performed a media buy with Zedo and the contract called for a 24 hour out clause.  Media buy out-clauses have industry precedent behind them whereby, upon exercising the individual gets back the remaining balance from the buy.  I have done this time and time again and each time have received funds back.  When I canceled my buy, I asked for the remaining funds to be returned and Zedo said at this point that they have an "Internal policy" not to return funds.  Irrespective of their internal policy, a contract is a contract and the good faith industry standard for an out-clause and all its meanings was not followed by Zedo, nor did Zedo ever inform their client of their internal policy, nor is this "internal policy" anywhere on their website as of 10/5/2010 having gone through their FAQ's and such.  Zedo is engaging in outright theft, and are a total rip-off. Beware of this company.
