Zeek Rewards is a MLM penny auction site where members buy bids and give them away, and then share in the company profits. For two months I have been trying to redeem some of my available cash, and Zeek refuses to pay me. 

It is easy to get caught up in watching your money grow, but my experience is that it is impossible to actually receive the money. Last week they started a direct deposit service for distributing funds, through a company called nxpay.com. I do not know if these are interlocking companies. Someone might check this out. nxpay was very, very effecient in cleaning out my cash account instantly when I signed up, but the funds never showed up in my bank account. The bank routing number and account number were properly submitted and confirmed.

Zeek likes to hose participants with fees -- fees to buying bids, fees for cashing out, fees for taking their mandatory "compliance" course (to comply with laws that they violated), monthly "service" fees.Zeek has never once responded to any of my complaints or requests for status updates. My next step is a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

Give Them A Chance

Everyone is so quick to judge them yes they have made mistakes along the way but let it play out before you judge them..

They have paid me every time they have said they were going to.

I am not saying eveything is going to be ok but them a chance to clear the air and respond I to have a lot of time in this business and have lost it as of today but lets look for the good and pray for the best and handle this the right way..I have started a website for updated infomation and support www.zeekrewardsclosesdoors.com

ZEEK Rewards Order To Shut Down ???

Appreciate your input regarding why the ZEEKrewards website is not operating.  You state that ZEEK has been ordered to shut down business operations.  Can you provide any details/specifics as to exactly what happened?  Who ordered them to shut down?  When did this shut-down order happen?  Do you know why? Is there any way the ZEEK shut down order can be verified ... and find out the terms and conditions of the shut-down?  If indeed this has happened, it is MOST UNFORTUNATE!  Many good, well-intended people will suffer big losses - some devastating.  I too share my sympathy for I know many people truly believed in this company and had very high aspirations of what could be achieved.  VERY SAD!!!

Zeek Closes Doors

You are not getting a response because they were ordered to shut down. Whoever had money in there, my deepest sympathy goes out to you. I was going to join but didn't understand it. I got word today that  they closed their doors and no one is  getting their money back.

They made it very clear there was a risk, and not an investment opportunity.

I wish the best to all of you who lost money.

ZEEK Customer Service Update ...

OK ... Have tried numerous times the past several days at ALL times of the day within their published office hours - SAME RESULT - PHONE DISCONNECTS.  It cannot be a coincidence that this happens anytime you call.  It does not explain either why when you try to call the CORPORATE OFFICE in Lexington, NC that the same thing happens - you CANNOT talk with anyone.  Something is very wrong here.  NEWS BULLETIN.  As of yesterday the entire ZEEKRewards website is unavailable - IT IS DOWN.  You cannot go there.  That means that Zeek affiliates CANNOT access their back office and therefore CANNOT manage their account.  This is VERY SERIOUS as an affiliate is required to post a daily ad to be eligible for their daily reward. It is through their back office that they also direct and manage how the funds that they have earned are distributed.  They CANNOT now do this.  The ONLY message that you get when you try to access the Zeekrewards.com website is that "this site is unavailable - more info to follow".  No other explanation.  VERY CONCERNING!!! ... especially if you are a zeek affiliate with thousands of dollars on the table.  Of course I do not know why the zeek site is down but you would think that if it was for maintenance or reprogramming or updating or some ligitimate reason that they would explain that and provide an estimated time frame when the site will be again active and available.  VERY, VERY CONCERNING!!!!!!!!!

contacting customer service

I have found that the best time to contact Zeek Rewards customer service is at 8am. The wait may be 10 or 15 min but I have always talked to them and they have always solved any issues that I may have had. If you try calling during the middle of the day, the lines are full. I was told by customer service that they are training more people for their customer service dept. to handle the explosive growth occurring in the company. Be patient and hang in there.

Contacting Zeek

I called Zeek Customer Service three times last week and never had to wait more than 5-minutes to speak with an agent... If you call and get cut off its because there are too many people on hold and the queue is filled... Try calling first thing in the morning or I have been able to get through at around 1:00pm without any problems... Take your time and keep calling, you'll get through...

ZEEK Customer Service ...

It is entirely proper to suggest that anyone having problems or questions concerning their experience with ZEEK contact CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Unfortunately, you simply CANNOT contact customer service.  On their site they refer you to a page that gives only the phone number to customer and their business hours. When you call it you get a nice recording asking you to hold for representative and then the phone goes dead.  You will have the same outcome if you try to call the headquarters office in Lexington, N.C.  The bottom line is that if you have a problem you CANNOT talk to anyone about it.  I have been trying to speak with them for over two weeks now without success.  My next course of action will be to send a fax and a certified letter.  I will report further on the outcome of my continued efforts.

There have been problems with the 3rd party companies, Solid Trust Pay, Nx, and Alert Pay, handle the amount of money that needs to be paid from Zeek Rewards to affiliates.  There is never a problem getting the funds tx from Zeekler to these 3rd party companies, but these company's have many problems that are being worked out.  Personally, I have gotten every paycheck I have set aside to be sent thru these company's, but I've never been happy about the fees nor the timeframe - welcome to business ownership!

Do you need help walking through your back-office settings? I agree with the above posts that everyone that I know that is involved is getting paid. The original author, Stephan, has stated 100% misinformation!  David is right in every respect of the business.  People can have problems with this business ONLY when they do not read the procedures and follow them.  If you are a beginner on a computer, then this business may not be for you.  It is world wide advertising on the INTERNET, and all of the business is conducted on the internet.  Sort of a trent in the 21st century it seems...

To the gentleman who is having trouble withdrawing cash from his Zeek account... You need to go back and read the directions because there are thousands of people, myself included, who are taking money out of Zeek without any problems... Zeek is one of the most ethical companies I have ever dealt with in my 30 years in Network Marketing and to say they are stealing your
money is absolutely idiotic... I have 70 year old women in my downline who taking a $1000 a month out of her Zeek business and she does it all by herself... If you are having a problem transferring the funds out of your Zeek account just call customer service, they will help you just like they help hundreds of people every day... If youre having trouble getting your money out of NXPAY
just pick up the phone and call them.. NXPAY has the best customer service department in the industry... I hate to be the one to tell you this but the problem you're having is YOUR problems... I take money out of my Zeek account every two weeks and have never had a problem... Slow down, start over and do it right...
